Anthony Weinert, DPM, FACFAS, FACCWS

weinertemailpicTo become a podiatrist, Dr. Weinert was required to complete a four year undergraduate program, medical school and a residency program. For his undergraduate degree Dr. Weinert completed a degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan. After completing his undergraduate program, Dr. Weinert attended medical school at Ohio’s College of Podiatric Medicine where he spent the first two years taking classes with medical doctors (MD) and doctors of osteopathic (DO) medicine. The last two years of his medical schooling, Dr. Weinert spent focused on podiatric medicine (DPM) and the anatomy of the foot and ankle.

After medical school, Dr. Weinert went through a total of three years residency at Doctors Hospital in Texas and St. John Health Systems (Oakland/Macomb) Hospital, focusing on foot and ankle care.
